If you're ready to step straight into the corporate world while continuing your education, expressions of interest for BDO's High School Leavers Program are now open.
 
This pathway allows you to start a full-time paid role with BDO straight after school, gaining real-world experience while working towards a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting through Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. 
 
Just ask Charlie. Rather than going to university and spending years in a lecture theatre before entering the workforce, at 18 years of age Charlie joined BDO's Adelaide Audit team straight after Year 12. In his first year, he's already contributing to meaningful work, visiting client sites, and learning directly from directors and partners.
